Lead transformation journey for Manufacturing Operations of Diagnostic Imaging businesses
Drive and develop manufacturing strategy and integrated approach across global sites
Ensure timely product delivery, high factory and supplier yields, and reduce failure rates
Develop manufacturing cost plans, manage expenses within budgets, optimize equipment and workforce utilization
Implement rigorous safety protocols and risk assessments
Lead talent management initiatives aligning with operational goals
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Industrial Engineering and Business or equivalent
Minimum 11 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 9 years of experience with Master's in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production Engineering or equivalent
International leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and NPI in regulated environments
Proven track record in performance and productivity improvements
Experience establishing operations strategy, preferably at global level in large multinational companies
Experience in leading large international teams
Lean Leadership Training/Certification or equivalent
