Client Service Representative

Role Overview

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries via phone and email
• Explain plan coverage, eligibility, and benefits navigation in clear language to employees and HR contacts
• Guide members through carrier portals, mobile applications, and ID card access
• Support employees during open enrollment with standard plan-related questions and employee communications
• Process routine benefits transactions including ID card requests, eligibility verification, and enrollment updates

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, healthcare, or customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with CRM systems or benefits administration platforms preferred
