Assist business teams in identifying and evaluating solutions aligned with their needs and Efficy's strategy (gap analysis, POC, ROI)
Collaborate with procurement, legal, and security during vendor selection
Lead implementation and migration projects from kickoff to go-live, directly or with partners
Define the operating model for run/maintenance after go-live
Administer applications in your scope, directly or through partners: Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Odoo (Finance, Projects), CX tools (Intercom, Pendo)
Configure, maintain, and continuously improve applications in line with business needs
Maintain user documentation and enable internal teams
Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with vendors/partners on complex topics
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of applications in your scope (metadata, integrations, dependencies)
Track license consumption and budget adherence through dashboards and control routines
Identify overlaps, redundancies, or improvement opportunities and propose consolidation
Contribute to Application Governance Committees with usage data and recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Information Systems, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in business application management, IT, or enterprise applications administration
Hands-on experience with SaaS/cloud applications in a Customer Management context (CRM, CSM, Marketing, Product Management)
Working knowledge of at least one of: Jira, Odoo, Intercom, Pendo

Fluent in French and English (technical-to-business translation)
