Lead and manage regional Credit Analyst workflow, quality, and turnaround times, acting as the key escalation point for credit-related matters
Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing regional Credit Analyst team
Embed strong credit risk culture, ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Drive continuous improvement, capability uplift, and strong collaboration with Relationship teams and key stakeholders
Take ownership of regional prudential performance and policy guidance

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in banking, finance, or agribusiness in a senior credit or finance management role
Strong expertise in rural banking and credit writing
In-depth understanding of lending services, credit policy, and procedures
Broad knowledge of financial products, including loans, deposits, and derivatives
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related applications
