About this role
Role Overview
Support planning, execution, and optimisation of HCF’s digital portfolio in line with strategic goals
Maintain the digital portfolio roadmap and collaborate on prioritisation to maximise value
Partner with Delivery Management Office (DMO) and Enterprise Portfolio Governance (EPG) on resource allocation and governance
Monitor portfolio health, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues where needed
Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility of portfolio performance
Deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders for data-driven decision-making
Track KPIs and metrics on delivery velocity, investment performance, and strategic alignment
Partner with delivery teams to ensure initiatives progress on time, within scope, and budget
Champion agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement
Facilitate collaboration across teams to resolve challenges and improve execution
Act as a key liaison between digital teams and business stakeholders
Clearly communicate portfolio status, risks, and opportunities across the organisation
Support a culture of accountability and transparency in portfolio reporting
Collaborate with Product Ops and Design Ops to streamline processes
Oversee tools and platforms that underpin product and design operations
Contribute to tooling and automation initiatives to enhance workflows and collaboration
Requirements
Proven experience in digital portfolio management, product delivery, or PMO roles
Strong knowledge of agile delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with portfolio reporting tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and insights capability
Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries (desirable)
Familiarity with product and design operations (desirable)
Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or Lean Portfolio Management (desirable)
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives (desirable)
