Kenkotech Futures is a high-growth company building AI-powered radiology solutions, looking for a hands-on digital marketing operator to own pipeline generation. This role requires executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing efforts, particularly in paid channels and ABM campaigns targeting hospital systems and radiology groups.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting)
- Run ABM campaigns targeting hospital systems & radiology groups
- Build and optimise HubSpot workflows, nurture, and lead scoring
- Drive SEO / SEM strategy and high-intent inbound
- Optimise landing pages + conversion funnels
- Report on pipeline impact, attribution, and ROI
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years in B2B digital / demand gen (hands-on)
- Strong track record managing paid media budgets with clear ROI
- Deep experience with HubSpot (or similar)
- Solid across SEO, SEM, CRO, attribution
- Comfortable in long, complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience in AI radiology, imaging software, or healthcare IT marketing
