Perform general accounting functions, including month-end closing, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly working papers for APAC legal entities.
Support corporate secretarial activities and statutory audit requirements.
Lead and oversee the payroll process across assigned entities.
Handle day-to-day treasury activities such as bank transactions, cash flow tracking, and payment processing for vendors, consultants and employees
Review employee expense claims and credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting exercises
Perform other duties as assigned by the APAC Finance Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
At least 5-6 years in an Accountant role.
Audit experience preferred
Detail oriented, organized, and delivers results efficiently.
Highly motivated, and self-driven, able to work under pressure to meet business needs within demanding timescales, in a complex hands-on operational environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications
Able to effectively work independently
Flexible and able to quickly adjust to a dynamic changing business environment.
Experience with SAP Business One or S4 Hana, as well as Salesforce, a plus.
