You take independent technical project leadership for system implementations, migrations and interface projects—especially in connection with AMS360 and industry-specific standards such as BiPRO and GDV.
You manage IT projects from concept to go‑live, including budget, resource and stakeholder management.
You coordinate business departments, internal developers and external technology partners and ensure clear requirements and project management.
You serve as the central point of contact for system-technical questions and reliably translate between IT and the business.
You produce reports and data-driven decision documents from the core systems.
You actively support change and win employees over for new processes and automation.
Together with the Head of Process Intelligence, you further develop the department’s project, process and governance standards.
Requirements
You have a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Computer Science or a comparable qualification with solid IT project experience.
You bring several years of experience in technical project leadership (senior level), ideally in system migrations, interface or automation projects.
You can demonstrate project successes in regulated environments, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
You have a very good understanding of the business processes of an insurance broker (e.g. policy administration, claims handling, commission accounting).
You have experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP, BiPRO, GDV); knowledge in RPA or automation technologies is an advantage.
You have solid technical fundamentals and can read and assess code (e.g. Python, SQL); you also understand APIs, cloud basics (Azure), CI/CD and Git.
You work in a structured way, communicate clearly and advance topics independently and solution-oriented.
You enjoy acting as a bridge between IT and the business and actively shaping change.
