To establish and expand Knauf’s façade business, you actively implement the jointly developed market approach strategy and ensure the achievement of defined sales targets.
Your main tasks include focused engagement with planners, architects, energy consultants, housing associations and developers, as well as building long-term client relationships by networking with specialist contractors.
With your sales expertise you drive revenue-relevant business in the façade sector and act as a competent point of contact.
You support projects throughout the construction process and provide on-site advisory services.
To ensure smooth collaboration and a strong market presence, you maintain regular communication with inside sales, marketing, the project team and product management, and present Knauf and our products at trainings, trade fairs, events and exhibitions.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a degree in civil engineering or a technician qualification.
Alternatively, you are a business/economics graduate or commercial specialist with strong knowledge of the construction industry, or you have vocational training with further qualification as a master craftsman in construction, painting or plastering.
You bring relevant industry experience, ideally in supporting clients and projects in the façade sector.
Your commitment and alignment with Knauf’s values, together with negotiation skills and the ability to close deals, enable you to successfully achieve targets.
You have a passion for results-driven sales, are open to new approaches, and complete your profile with hands-on experience using a CRM system and good IT skills.
