Role Overview
Shape Offer and Pricing Strategy: Define the overarching strategy for how we bring our B2C products, features, and technologies to market.
Drive execution for lineup updates: Work with the cross-functional team to bring lineup changes to market.
Deeply Understand Customers: Lead customer and market research.
Drive Global Business Impact: Identify and advocate for lineup optimizations in key regions outside North America.
Design and test regional offers tailored to local customer needs and price sensitivities.
Lead with Influence: Act as a change agent across a matrixed organization.
Communicate Effectively: Regularly engage with VP-level and executive leadership to deliver insights, propose lineup changes, and guide product investment decisions.
Requirements
8-12 years in product marketing and offer line up and strategy, ideally in creative or marketing SaaS.
A keen understanding of pricing models, offer development, and the financial literacy to analyze the impact of pricing on revenue and margins.
Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills—able to distill complex ideas into compelling, customer-facing messaging.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with experience driving complex initiatives and navigating tradeoffs in matrixed environments.
