Role Overview
- Build and manage relationships with referral partners including GPs, consultants, therapists, and corporate partners
- Act as a trusted point of contact and drive engagement across the region
- Develop new business opportunities
- Promote services through targeted activity and events
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless referral and service experience
- Use market insight and a proactive approach to identify opportunities
- Develop pipeline and contribute to overall commercial growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or account management
- Strong track record of driving growth and building effective pipelines
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Commercially focused mindset
- Ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Self-motivated and organised
- Comfortable working autonomously
