Role Overview
- Produces monthly statistical analysis and reporting on credit vetting activities including adherence, acceptance and declined rates
- Monitors overdue accounts regularly and identifies delinquent customers
- Analyzes information to compile specific detailed customer reviews
- Prepares reports on collection efforts, recovery rates, and trends
- Ensures communication with customers who have minor overdue balances
Requirements
- Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
- Performs assignments using existing procedures
- Guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
