About this role
Role Overview
As the central point of contact in your sales territory, you play a key role in sales and are responsible for revenue and results
You passionately manage our existing customers and expand both established and new partnerships
With persuasion and technical understanding you present new products and support their market introduction; you also identify opportunities and develop them further
In close cooperation with our inside sales, marketing, project and product management teams you ensure smooth execution
You keep our sales strategy in focus and implement it consistently — supported by modern, digital sales tools
Requirements
You have completed commercial training with a technical interest, or a vocational trade qualification (e.g., painter or plasterer)
You have a good sense for customer, planner/architect and investor needs and can derive convincing solutions from them
You bring experience with CRM systems and routine use of common office software
You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility for resources and budgets, together with creativity, passion and drive to continually adapt in a changing market environment
Strong communication skills for building effective networks, enthusiasm and a team-oriented approach complete your profile
