About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of success and ongoing development.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a professional and efficient process.
Analyse sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our services are aligned with market demands.
Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment industry.
A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
A genuine passion for Qureos's mission to empower young professionals.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
