Provides individual and group therapeutic services to clients using evidence-based practices

Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related mental health field
4+ years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years of experience in the specialty area for the position
Experience in crafting standards of practice for Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs), and Licensed Certified Social Workers (LCSWs)
Licensed by Arkansas Professional Board
Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Able to follow oral and written instructions and communicate with others effectively
Ability to document services provided
Understanding of regulatory and compliance organizations/agencies
Excellent customer relations skills
Understands and abides by confidentiality policies
