Clinical Therapy Specialist – Behavioral Health

Role Overview

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, case managers, and social workers, to coordinate patient care
• Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Provides individual and group therapeutic services to clients using evidence-based practices
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related mental health field
• 4+ years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years of experience in the specialty area for the position
• Experience in crafting standards of practice for Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs), and Licensed Certified Social Workers (LCSWs)
• Licensed by Arkansas Professional Board
• Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and communicate with others effectively
• Ability to document services provided
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance organizations/agencies
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Understands and abides by confidentiality policies
