Define AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identify impacts on banking systems
Gather and translate business requirements into system and technical specifications
Design and propose solution architecture with focus on integration (REST APIs, distributed systems)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and process changes
Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and architects to ensure feasible implementation
Support digitalization, automation, and optimization of business processes
Create detailed business and system analysis documentation

Senior experience in Business Analysis and/or Solution Architecture
Strong background in banking environment (SME domain is a plus)
Experience with integration patterns and REST API-based architectures
Knowledge of process modeling and design tools (BPMN, UML, UX design)
Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect/BizzDesign, Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence
Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
