About this role
Role Overview
You ensure data quality in our CRM and e‑commerce systems and continuously improve it as part of holistic data quality management.
You maintain, structure and harmonise master data (e.g., customer, product or sales data).
You support the maintenance and expansion of our knowledge base, in particular through multilingual documentation and organisation of knowledge, and assist in preparing and delivering training sessions while working closely with the key users of the respective systems.
By working closely with the business units and key users, you contribute to the continuous improvement of data‑driven processes across both system landscapes.
You bring a basic interest in modern technologies and develop your own ideas and features to further develop the systems, which you implement with the help of AI tools.
You support the visual preparation of data, content and presentations (e.g., using Canva or comparable tools).
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Master’s degree programme, ideally in Business Administration (BWL) or Economics with a focus on Digitalisation and Marketing, Product Design, UX/UI Design, Business Informatics, Data Science, Communications with a digital focus, or a related field.
You have initial experience in data analysis and evaluation, have ideally already worked with analysis, CRM, e‑commerce or AI tools, and demonstrate a strong quality awareness when working with data.
You ideally have first practical experience in designing and developing customer‑centric digital solutions and platforms, e.g. through internships, course projects or extracurricular activities.
A basic understanding of web technologies as well as requirements management, e.g. structured elicitation and formulation of IT requirements using tools like Jira or Confluence, is desirable.
You are proficient with MS Office and tools such as Adobe XD, Canva or similar.
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
You work independently, in a structured, solution‑oriented and analytical manner, have a quick grasp, an analytical and visual eye for user‑centred digital products and are comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.
You bring strong problem‑solving skills, creativity and customer‑oriented thinking, have an affinity for design and communicate openly and confidently.
