Leading business analysis activities to support successful delivery of project objectives
Understanding, documenting and improving current and future state business processes
Eliciting, documenting, prioritising and validating high‑quality functional and non‑functional requirements and/or user stories
Facilitating engaging workshops and ensuring clear outcomes and traceability
Supporting business case development, vendor selection and RFP processes where required
Identifying and managing dependencies, risks and issues
Supporting change management and business integration activities
Building strong relationships with stakeholders up to executive level and providing clear, effective communication
Contributing to continuous improvement and capability uplift across the Business Analysis practice

Superannuation experience, essential
6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
2+ years’ experience working within business, digital or IT project environments
Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong capability in producing high‑quality requirements and/or user stories with excellent attention to detail
Proven experience facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groups
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively
