Role Overview

• Independent drafting and preparation of legal submissions with a focus on the Air Passenger Rights Regulation and package travel law
• Legal research and factual analysis
• Addressing legal questions and drafting/reviewing legal documents
• Handling motor vehicle accident damage claims and claims for compensation
• Direct client casework
• Individual client support

Requirements

• Completed or advanced law degree
• Solid to above-average academic performance
• Strong English skills are an advantage
• Practical experience in the areas of the Air Passenger Rights Regulation and package travel law is desirable
