About this role
Role Overview
- Support in the review and drafting of contracts (addenda, termination agreements, extrajudicial notices, etc.);
- Provide legal support to business areas and company units;
- Assist with corporate governance matters (corporate resolutions and filings, powers of attorney, document control, etc.);
- Assist in managing litigation/court cases and liaise with external law firms;
- Participate in process improvement projects (Legal Ops, automation, document standardization);
- Support legal research and the preparation of legal opinions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree program from the 7th semester onward;
- Previous experience at a law firm or in an in-house legal department is a plus;
- Strong legal writing and organizational skills;
- Interest in corporate and contract law;
- Good communication skills and ability to work with business areas;
- Proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Preferred/Additional Qualifications 🎯
- Experience with commercial/business contracts;
- Interest or knowledge in Legal Ops and legal innovation;
- Familiarity with digital tools and AI.
