Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues on equipment at customer sites, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in the installation, startup, and testing of new equipment, providing guidance to customer personnel on proper operation and maintenance practices.

Requirements
A two-year post-high school diploma/certificate in electro-mechanical technology and a minimum of 3 years related experience, OR a high school diploma and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems, with a solid understanding of material handling practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as engineering documents, operation and maintenance instructions, bills of materials and procedure manuals.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of leaders, clients, and customers.
Strong time management skills to balance multiple projects with the potential of phone calls and simultaneous inquiries.
Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Advanced knowledge of VFD functions, operations, and programming.
Experience with Pressure Sensitive Labeling Machines preferred or Converting Equipment for Shrink Sleeve Labels and Flexible Packaging.
HMI programming knowledge of GE Proficy, Exor and Allen Bradley desired.
Motion control experience with Allen Bradley and Control Techniques/ SyPT desired.
Proficiency in interpreting and troubleshooting pneumatic and electrical schematics.
Ability to troubleshoot wiring and complete I/O checks.
