Focus on providing customers with maintenance and modernization services on Honeywell’s QCS (90% of the time) and EPKS/DCS (10% of the time) Platforms.
Role requires you to be self-supporting and includes a ROCC (Regional Operations Collaboration Center) Engineer’s responsibilities, on-site maintenance, performing system diagnostics & analysis, troubleshooting problems, installing new systems & replacing parts.
Commitment of 12 months to obtain and maintain L2-3 CEATs (QCS L2 and L3 X 2) certification while performing normal job duties.
Up to 75% travel depending on local customer site activities.
Requirements
High School Diploma
3 years of professional experience in an engineering or technical field/and or Military experience in electronics programs may be considered equivalent to this typical qualification.
3 years of experience using Basic Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license
Continuously pass customer’s background checks and random drug testing.

Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems where Honeywell technology is installed will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
Commitment to obtain and maintain Quantity of 2
L3 CEAT certifications within 12 months of hire (Training is given to achieve this)
Experience with industrial process control field instrumentation
Networking experience
Previous experience working in a Field Service Technician position
Previous technical/installation experience
Previous customer service experience
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills; capable of learning available analysis tools to solve complex system or process problems
