Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure IP licensing and tools agreements
Own end‑to‑end contract economics, including performance obligation assessment and revenue recognition under IFRS 15
Evaluate R&D investments, cost structures, and profitability across licensing and tools offerings
Drive forecasting accuracy, operating cadence, variance analysis, and management reporting
Drive automation across FP&A and contract workflows, leveraging AI to improve forecast accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

CPA, MBA, or relevant Master’s degree
5–8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally in semiconductor IP licensing
Deep expertise in IFRS 15 revenue recognition and contract structuring across complex technology arrangements
Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills.
