Role Overview
Lead the successful deployment and implementation of payment solutions to clients and markets.
Manage the end-to-end rollout process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to live environments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resolving issues during implementation.
Engage with different stakeholder groups to align on rollout progress and identify new feature demands.
Provide hands-on support during and after go-live to address immediate needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date rollout documentation.
Act as the central point of contact during the rollout phase, managing client feedback and issue resolution.
Requirements
BS/BA and 2+ years of experience leading complex product rollouts or implementations (end-to-end), preferably in payments/FinTech and/or the automotive/commercial vehicle industry.
Strong project management experience with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources.
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
Familiarity with payment solutions, payment gateways, processing systems, and the associated technical infrastructure.
Strong ability to handle unforeseen challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus with an ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
