Role Overview
- Deliver end-to-end Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) solutions for CEVA Contract Logistics across North America
- Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and project managers
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs
- Configure systems and manage testing phases
- Produce comprehensive functional and technical documentation
- Prepare and execute System Integration Testing
- Support business users during User Acceptance Testing
- Responsible for configuring business intelligence reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and IT delivery
- 5 years hands-on experience in OMS and WMS solutions, particularly Manhattan Active
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
- Managerial accounting skills and ability to use and explain accounting regulations
- Demonstrated success in supervising and providing guidance and training on A/P accounting and workflow issues
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions
