You will develop and own our cross-channel B2B marketing strategy across the entire customer journey
You will plan, manage and optimize marketing campaigns for lead generation and qualification, including formats such as webinars, events and other initiatives
You will develop and optimize our marketing funnels, from initial outreach to conversion
You will create and own content for our website, landing pages, LinkedIn presence and email campaigns
You will use references, case studies and showcases strategically for positioning and lead generation
You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of your activities. From this you will derive data-driven optimizations and continuously develop our KPIs
You will work closely with our sales team to convert leads into qualified opportunities
You will use HubSpot as the central tool for campaign planning, automation and performance measurement
You will use AI strategically to make processes more efficient and to improve the quality of your marketing activities.
Requirements
You have several years of experience in B2B marketing in a digital environment, ideally at an agency or in a tech/digital context
You have a good understanding of how lead generation and marketing funnels work in B2B
You think in campaigns and KPIs and prefer to make decisions based on data
You have experience creating content for multiple channels, in particular LinkedIn, websites and email
You are familiar with performance marketing and have ideally run campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
You have experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation tool
You have a good understanding of how modern AI tools can be productively used in everyday work
You are interested in digital products, trends and business models and have a good understanding of our target audience
You work independently, are structured and proactively contribute your own ideas
You are strong in communication and enjoy working closely with other teams such as Sales or Consulting
Your German is at a native level.
