Planning, implementation and ongoing development of subscription marketing and direct sales activities
Developing new subscription campaigns across the entire funnel
Providing subject-matter input and sparring for marketing with an external perspective and a best-practice approach
Analysis and evaluation of key performance indicators
Deriving concrete, actionable measures to drive revenue and portfolio/customer-base growth
Budget planning and ongoing monitoring of marketing and sales expenditures
Monitoring market, customer and competitor developments in the publishing and subscription space
Leading, coordinating and further developing a small team

Several years of experience in marketing, direct marketing or sales-oriented marketing roles in the publishing, media or subscription environment
Proven track record of revenue growth in subscription and existing-customer business
Confident handling of metrics and performance analyses
Structured, pragmatic working style with a hands-on mentality
Experience in leadership, project or team coordination
Excellent spoken and written German (target market: DACH) is required.
