Role Overview
- Consolidate, analyze and interpret product portfolio data, transforming information into actionable insights for management.
- Monitor performance, profitability, penetration, conversion, retention, churn, loss ratio, productivity and other business-related KPIs.
- Support the definition and evolution of the product area’s strategic indicators.
- Structure recurring analyses and ad hoc studies to support leadership decision-making.
- Develop, maintain and evolve dashboards, management panels and executive reports.
- Ensure the reliability, consistency and traceability of the information used by the area.
- Identify performance deviations, improvement opportunities and result drivers.
- Support the development of predictive analyses, scenarios and projections for portfolio planning and monitoring.
- Conduct market studies, benchmarking and competitive analysis, identifying trends, industry movements, opportunities and risks.
- Map customer behavior, consumption needs, audience profiles and market potential.
- Support the identification of opportunities for new products, offer adjustments, commercial repositioning and revitalization of existing products.
- Produce analytical materials on market, portfolio, channels, segments and competitors.
- Assist the area in defining product strategy based on data, performance and market insights.
- Contribute to studies for prioritizing initiatives, implementation, revitalization or discontinuation of products.
- Participate in the preparation of business cases, feasibility analyses and studies of commercial potential.
- Support the monitoring of product life cycles.
- Work collaboratively with commercial, operations, technology, partners, planning, marketing and finance teams.
- Translate business demands into analytical and structural requirements.
- Support governance forums with consistent information, critical perspective and objective recommendations.
- Build executive presentations and materials for reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Completed higher education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sectors such as insurance or bancassurance.
- Experience with customer behavior studies, segmentation and journey analysis.
