Role Overview
- Manage the technical aspects of Personal Lines Insurance product development
- Contribute to the broader enterprise strategy through informed insights
- Focus on developing new or enhanced insurance products
- Identify potential markets and create strategic plans for market entry
- Manage the product development lifecycle
- Improve insurance products to increase profitability and growth
- Monitor performance, including customer and agent satisfaction and financial benefits realization
- Report to Senior Manager, Product
Requirements
- High level of analytical skill
- Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
- Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications and Microsoft Office products
- Solid knowledge and understanding of insurance product design and underwriting concepts in area of expertise
- Solid knowledge and understanding of market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage
- Basic knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
