Product Manager – Plus Size

Role Overview

• Your mission is to ensure a commercial strategy appropriate for the company.
• Analyze the market, customers, and competitors, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and an attractive, competitive positioning.
• Product management and procurement.
• Define product strategy.
• Ensure KPIs (margin, inventory turnover, and sales).
• Maintain a global view of the business; analyze opportunities and risks.
• Interface with the operations team (sell-out).
• Interface with major category suppliers (sell-in).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed).
• Availability to work in Alphaville – Barueri (São Paulo).
• Postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Experience in product management, strategy development, and supplier relationship management in fashion retail.
• Leadership profile.
