You are a business partner to Sales Management and Executive Management
You prepare order and revenue reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including uploading and reconciliation with affiliated companies (intercompany reconciliation)
You drive the development of reporting and analyses to improve the management of the sales organization
You support Sales and Sales Management in preparing calculations and analyzing customer contracts, regional analyses, and sales activities
You monitor sales revenues and customer rebates by customer (groups) and product assortments, analyze resulting variances and derive recommendations for action, including tracking of measures
You calculate commissions for the sales team
You coordinate and analyze all revenue-specific planning parameters as part of budget and forecast preparation
You identify opportunities and risks and derive recommended actions
You use IT tools and provide support for projects
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration or Economics
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position within medical technology, trade/retail, or industry
Experience analyzing large datasets, deriving actionable recommendations, and preparing target-group-specific key messages
Strong consulting skills combined with a holistic view of the business and the ability to think beyond immediate boundaries
Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, and strong data literacy
Experience with Power BI, VBA programming, and SQL programming is an advantage
Precise analytical ability and a strong affinity for IT and numbers combined with sales understanding
