Manage a portfolio of brokers with a focus on prospecting, retention and business growth;
Promote sales and encourage the commercialization of products within the broker channel with the highest potential in the São Paulo region, fostering sustainable growth in insurance production;
Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive action plans; track activation, production, policy analysis (positive/negative balance) and renewal processes;
Conduct pricing analyses and monitor competitors;
Develop and strengthen relationships with brokers, identify opportunities and implement new business initiatives to boost results;
Deliver presentations and training to partners and brokers; support the development of incentive campaigns and commercial support materials;
Represent and position the insurer’s brand in the market, promoting it within the broker channel;
Conduct in-person and virtual visits to brokers within your territory.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Sales/Commercial Management, Insurance or related fields;
Must have a car;
Residence in Campinas, Jundiaí, Indaiatuba, Piracicaba, Limeira or Sorocaba;
Experience in the insurance broker channel;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Availability for immediate start.
Preferred
Intermediate Excel;
Knowledge of Power BI.
