ensuring that returned and non-conforming goods are handled efficiently, compliantly, and sustainably
focusing on reducing waste, recovering value, and minimizing financial and operational impact to the business
driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and 3PL partnership management

2–4 years logistics, warehouse, or reverse logistics operations experience
Hands‑on experience with returns/RMA processes, basic disposition routing, and 3PL coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with WMS/ERP or returns modules preferred
Familiarity with freight documentation and basic transportation concepts across North America
Exposure to sustainability/product recovery initiatives is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
