This is a hybrid Business and Planning role responsible for structuring CRM journeys and projects, and serving as a bridge between our client's Global team and the agency, orchestrating the CRM operation across multiple fronts (you will understand the need, design the solution, approve it, and then lead implementation with creative, technology, and BI teams).
Requirements
Minimum of five years' proven experience in advertising agencies and CRM.
Must have practical reasoning and clarity in how to present solutions.
Strong storytelling skills, confidence, and eloquence when presenting solutions.
Technical knowledge of communication and CRM strategy (lifecycle, segmentation, insight generation, and results analysis).
Fluent English required.
Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
