Build and scale pricing strategy capabilities and support a centralized deal desk for the entire US Livestock businesses.
Blend strategic planning with hands-on deal support, change management, talent upskilling, and cross-functional relationships.
Create and refine portfolio and brand-level pricing strategies aligned to product lifecycle, portfolio roles, customer segments, and channel economics.
Help innovate a centralized Deal Desk capability to drive disciplined, data-informed deal structuring and approvals.
Lead rigorous pricing and deal analytics, validate recommendations with transparent, reproducible analysis using SQL and/or Python.
Codify best practices, processes, and playbooks; drive cross-functional adoption of pricing and deal desk ways-of-working.
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team (e.g., pricing strategy analysts/deal desk analysts) with clear objectives, growth paths, and feedback loops.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, deal desk, consulting, or commercial operations with proven leadership at the manager/senior manager/associate director level
Proficiency in SQL or Python
Experience in animal health, human pharma, or other life sciences industries preferred; livestock/agribusiness exposure is a plus
Strong financial acumen and familiarity with GTN economics, price waterfalls, and promo effectiveness measurement
Advanced Excel, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI / Tableau)
