Distributed Systems: Architect scalable and resilient solutions using microservices patterns and event-driven architecture (Event-Driven);
Polyglot Development: Apply strong technical expertise across the Java, .NET and Node.js ecosystems to build robust APIs (REST/GraphQL);
Cloud Expertise: Implement and maintain managed cloud services (AWS, GCP or Azure), focusing on scalability and cost-effectiveness;
Messaging and Queues: Configure and manage complex data flows using tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or SQS;

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technology fields;
Platform Mindset: Proven experience solving complex architectural problems, with a focus on building new platforms and a long-term vision for system evolution;
Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to guide engineering teams in implementing defined architectures, acting as a mentor and technical reference;
Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with different teams, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication to align expectations;
Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with management and version control tools (such as Jira and GIT), as well as infrastructure and development technologies (Java, .NET or Node.js);
Technical Curiosity: Continuous desire to explore new approaches, methodologies and certifications (such as AWS, Azure or GCP) to enhance digital platform development.
