Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
Prioritize, manage, and refine the backlog using best practices (INVEST, DoR, and DoD)
Create and detail user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the squad
Plan sprints and set goals, ensuring deliveries meet quality, timeline, and value expectations
Act as the link between business, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment
Lead the squad focused on increased efficiency, promoting the use of AI in the development cycle
Monitor and report product KPIs, analyzing data to generate insights and support decision-making
Identify issues and propose solutions with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure the best customer experience through clear communication and collaboration with the team and stakeholders
Ensure the agile methodology is executed in partnership with the Scrum Master

Postgraduate degree and/or MBA
Hold relevant certifications
PSPO or similar
Technical knowledge in Software Development
Fluent in English and/or Spanish
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field
Solid experience in the product lifecycle (discovery and delivery)
Experience leading Product Discovery initiatives
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
Strategic mindset and results-oriented
Technical knowledge to interact with development teams (.NET, Delphi, PL/SQL)
Experience or familiarity with applying AI to development
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills for multidisciplinary teams
