Administrative Apprentice – Creative Planning & Accounts

Role Overview

• Support the Production team in the Creative Planning & Accounts area with payments and contracts
• Organize and execute the department's contracts in coordination with the Legal team
• Support the Finance team in creating payment requests
• Assist with registering, updating, and maintaining supplier information
• Perform administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

• Have completed high school or be enrolled in evening classes
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in and affinity for administrative and bureaucratic tasks
• Knowledge of English or Spanish
