About this role
Role Overview
Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and expand strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end users.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
Represent Kramer at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce.
Collaborate with regional and global teams while operating with a high level of independence.
Resolve customer challenges related to sales and service.
Travel across the territory.
Requirements
Residence in the Central US region is required.
5+ years of successful sales experience in Pro AV and IT markets.
Experience selling directly to dealers or to end customers through a dealer network.
Strong understanding of Professional A, V, networking, collaboration technologies, and IT ecosystems.
A proven track record of building and managing complex customer relationships.
Established connections with channel partners and end users in relevant markets.
Experience in value-added, solution-based selling.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
High integrity, sound judgment, and strong professional credibility.
