Overseeing the successful implementation of new client business and continuous improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new clients are set up for success
Manage cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, IT, engineering and customer service
Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to track progress
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
Lead and coach the implementation team throughout the project
Oversee the development of contractual documents and addendums
Identify and manage risk throughout the project
Requirements
5 years of experience working in startup environments, operations and change management
Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
Experience working in 3PL, distribution or fulfillment centers
Availability to travel up to 75% of the time
Basic SQL experience
Ability to engage and collect testing information from cross functional teams and translate that information into practical testing scenarios within a WMS or automation
WMS experience
Availability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends
Ability to influence others, work as part of a team and act as a catalyst for change
