About this role
Role Overview
You develop and manage the PRO customer portfolio through recruitment and retention initiatives.
As the PRO activity owner, you coordinate all in-store operations to enhance the PRO customers’ shopping experience and improve performance.
You ensure a privileged relationship with PRO customers by meeting their needs and promoting the loyalty program.
You propose services tailored to PRO customer needs, handle sales and quotations, and manage after-sales service.
You grow and activate the PRO customer portfolio, identify opportunities and organize targeted commercial actions.
You monitor commercial KPIs and implement action plans.
You promote the PRO program in store, train teams and make the PRO program visible throughout the customer journey.
You manage the in-store PRO team.
You stay informed about the professional market and proactively recommend actions to drive growth.
Requirements
Knowledge of and curiosity about the PRO market
Proven experience working with PRO customers
A passion for service and a strong customer-service mindset
Leadership skills and the ability to engage and motivate teams
Strong interpersonal skills, rigor and organizational ability
A taste for challenge and a results-oriented approach
