Lead the planning, negotiation, and execution of strategic marketing partnerships across banks, payment networks, lifestyle brands, and non-endemic sectors
Identify new partnership pipelines, evaluate business opportunities, and spearhead end-to-end deal cycles to support acquisition, frequency, and revenue targets
Co-develop online and offline partnership strategies with the Marketing Director/Head of Partnerships, supporting loyalty initiatives, new customer programs, and growth of emerging channels
Manage day to day operations of partnership deals, ensuring that campaign deliverables, timelines, and KPIs are consistently met
Lead partner relationships, manage external stakeholder communication, and coordinate campaign execution with internal teams
Develop co-marketing initiatives that amplify ZALORA’s presence across partners’ channels (digital, CRM, in-store, new media, and experiential marketing)
Oversee the execution of offline marketing initiatives—including pop-ups, OOH, ATL, and 360° campaigns—to strengthen omnichannel visibility
Grow the ZALORA Credit Card and ZALORA Loyalty Program customer base by managing acquisition campaigns, optimizing ongoing initiatives, and developing usage programs with issuing bank partners
Support commercial and brand partner teams in pitching ZAP solutions, securing investments, and improving brand partner visibility and performance
Create, maintain, and consistently update partnership trackers and KPI dashboards
Analyze campaign and partnership performance, produce detailed reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and operational efficiency
Monitor marketing budgets, track expenditure, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and partner commitments
Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, CS, Operations, and external agencies to ensure seamless partnership execution
Supervise support staff or coordinators (if assigned), ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably within eCommerce, retail, payments, or media
Proven success in negotiating and executing partnership deals or co-marketing programs
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; fluency in English required
Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
Excellent execution skills, time management, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results under tight deadlines
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Experience in offline retail marketing, media buying, or creative production is an advantage
