Lead the full project management lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
Facilitate meetings and alignments with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance teams and external partners.
Create and track schedules, risks, issues, budgets and action plans.
Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements and the institution's internal guidelines.
Prepare executive materials and management reports for the board and committees.
Act as a strategic bridge between business and technology areas, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
Requirements
Experience with financial products
Proven experience with Treasury and Credit products, including NDFs, swaps and other derivatives, CCB (Bank Credit Note), receivables discounting, and foreign exchange operations (spot, forward, financing, export and import).
Project management
Experience leading projects in financial institutions or regulated environments.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent demands and coordinate across different areas.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
PMP certification (PMI) or a postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management – possession of at least one of these is required.
Fluent English, with the ability to participate in meetings, prepare documentation and interact with global teams.
