Role Overview
- Manage end-to-end technology projects with a focus on WebMethods
- Lead upgrade projects (version upgrades, migrations, and modernization)
- Plan, execute and monitor schedules, scope, risks and deliverables
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and vendors
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices (Agile/Waterfall)
- Manage project budgets and financials
- Track technical dependencies, compatibility and migration strategy
- Use tools such as JIRA, MS Project or similar
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience
- 8+ years in project management
- Hands-on experience with Software AG WebMethods: Integration Server, Broker, My WebMethods Server (MWS), Universal Messaging
- Experience in WebMethods upgrade/migration projects
- Knowledge of upgrade paths, compatibility and migration best practices
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with management tools (JIRA, MS Project or similar)
- Experience managing project finances
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing vendors/suppliers
