Trauma Mental Health Therapist, PA Licensed

Role Overview

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation
• Maintain a caseload of 27 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and school staff as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
• Pennsylvania-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
• Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Required experience working with couples and families
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
