Mental Health Therapist, Outpatient

Role Overview

• Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing therapy and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Manage an average caseload of: ~25 sessions per week (full-time) ~15 sessions per week (part-time)
• Collaborate with internal clinical team members
• Coordinate care with outside providers, families, and support systems when appropriate
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• Experience with clinical documentation, including treatment planning
• Use of creative or integrative therapeutic approaches (preferred)
• Work with children, adolescents, or families (preferred)
• Couples or family therapy experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with community resources and insurance-based care (preferred)
