Role Overview
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Marketplace platform
- Support the Business and Product teams in decision making
- Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable solutions
- Use SQL/Python to manipulate large data sets
- Leverage Tableau/Looker to share key metrics
- Develop and maintain data pipelines
- Define and track key metrics for the area
- Communicate findings and results effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Masters preferred)
- 4–9 years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
- SQL: Expert in querying and transforming large-scale structured data
- Python: Skilled in data analysis, modeling, and automation
- Familiarity with Hive, Spark
- Proficiency with Tableau, Looker, Power BI
- Strong proficiency in feature engineering
- Ability to apply supervised machine learning models
- Experience with model validation techniques
- Ability to perform structured exploratory analysis
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
