Be responsible for project controls, cost accounting and financial analysis specializing in integrating scope, cost, and schedule to measure program performance.
Implement, maintain, and review Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in accordance with Amentum System Description and industry standards.
Track planned value, earned value, and actual cost to generate monthly performance reports to include but not limited to IPMRs explain cost and schedule variance in coordination with control account managers.
Evaluate Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and Estimates at Completion (EACs) to support program management in identifying cost risks.

Must have 10, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
Must have 5, or more, years of directly related experience
Must have 6, or more, months of experience working in a management or leadership role
Must have strong proficiency with MS Excel
Must have a working knowledge of Deltek Cobra, Empower, or other EVM software tools
Must have strong math and research skills
Must have a strong understanding of Earned Value Management methodologies.
