Role Overview
- Define, plan, manage, and safely execute major capital projects
- Lead and manage projects following global project management fundamentals
- Serve as a strategic partner, aligning project execution with business objectives
- Drive a construction safety culture on site during project execution
- Allocate and manage internal and external resources to execute projects
- Report project status and costs to senior leadership
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, project management, or engineering management preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing industries process / engineering / project management
- Working knowledge of glass plant process
- Experience on managing CAPEX projects required
- PMP certification by PMI desired
- SAP knowledge desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Construction Cloud
