Role Overview
- Fully manage and develop medical device contracting templates
- Liaison with commercial legal support and Business Unit Managers
- Develop negotiation plans and lead contract negotiations
- Review and redline contract terms, coordinating with Legal
- Assist with tracking clauses for reporting
- Train field teams and fellow analysts on internal policies
- Lead internal business and legal meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years related work experience
- Prior experience in template management, legal or contracting preferred
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communications skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills
